This product is designed to absorb and distribute stresses generated by cracks in existing underlying pavements, effectively reducing their propagation into the new wearing course. Its flexible structure allows it to adapt to various surfaces and complex repaving conditions in streets, avenues, highways, and roads, as well as in new roadway construction.
Advantages / Benefits
Improved pavement structural integrity: The geogrid absorbs and redistributes stresses originating from cracks in underlying layers, preventing their reflection into the new wearing course and reinforcing pavement stability.
Extended service life and reduced maintenance costs: By limiting crack propagation, this solution significantly extends pavement durability and reduces future interventions.
Fast and easy installation: Its flexibility and compatibility with different surfaces allow for simple installation, even under demanding repaving or new construction conditions.
Applications
Maintenance of existing pavements to extend service life
Installation of new pavements to increase longevity

Road Rehabilitation – APP Llanos, Colombia
The project involved the rehabilitation of a roadway affected by cracking in the wearing course. These structural damages were caused by high traffic volumes and a cement-stabilized granular base that transferred cracks to the asphalt surface, compromising short-term functionality and performance.
To address this issue, a technical solution was designed that included milling the deteriorated surface, followed by the application of a leveling course using hot dense mix (HDM). A fiberglass geogrid with pressure-sensitive adhesive was then installed over this layer, allowing for fast and precise placement, even under high ambient temperatures typical of the region.
