Hydraulic solution consisting of the construction of steps and energy dissipation blocks designed to reduce water energy at the outlets of transverse drainage culverts in roads and channels. This structure reduces flow velocity, effectively controls erosion, and protects adjacent structures, improving the stability and functionality of drainage systems in critical areas.

In response to steep slopes and high flow velocities present in the project channels, specific hydraulic structures incorporating geocell linings and energy dissipation blocks were designed. This solution significantly reduced the use of steel reinforcement in the lining, as well as the need to construct joints between concrete panels, optimizing both construction time and resource utilization.
Most notably, the solution demonstrated a strong capacity to control high-energy water flows, effectively mitigating erosive effects on slopes and preventing damage to adjacent infrastructure and the natural environment. As a result, a safe,
sustainable, and highly durable hydraulic operation was ensured under extreme conditions.
