Soil Stabilization

Brochure

Soil Stabilization

Stab-Soil is suitable for roads and highways without surface treatments or asphalt layers, improving the performance of the subgrade and granular bases. When diluted in the compaction water and applied following standard procedures, it enhances the properties of low-quality soils, extends the service life of the road, and significantly reduces maintenance costs. Its efficient application minimizes the need to import expensive aggregates and decreases the frequency of interventions on unpaved roads, representing a technical and economical solution for projects that require greater durability and lower operational costs in road maintenance.

Advantages

Structural reinforcement of stabilized subgrade
Increases the CBR of the treated soil, improving its load-bearing capacity and providing greater stability to the pavement structure.

Optimization of the Plasticity Index (PI)
Reduces soil plasticity, minimizing deformations and improving mechanical behavior under load.

Control of active soil expansion
Significantly reduces the volumetric expansion of soils with high clay content, preventing damage to the road surface.

Better performance under service conditions
Enhances pavement durability by improving structural response to repeated loads and variable environmental conditions.

Increased resilient modulus in granular layers
In sub-bases and bases, improves the material’s ability to absorb and recover energy, increasing the efficiency and service life of the pavement system.
