This highway represents a strategic corridor for promoting economic, social, and tourism development in central Peru, providing a modern alternative that alleviates congestion on traditional routes such as the Central Highway and improves connectivity for historically underserved regions. Within this project, Grupo TDM supplied and installed more than 16 km of safety barriers, including bridge edge barriers and roadside barriers, directly contributing to raising road safety standards along a key piece of infrastructure for regional integration.
This roadway plays a strategic role as a commercial and logistics corridor between Peru and Bolivia, while also serving as a key component in South American regional integration processes. Its development enhances cross-border connectivity and strengthens economic and social exchange in the area. In this context, Grupo TDM participated in the supply and installation of more than 15 km of safety barriers, including roadside and bridge edge barriers, as well as the
comprehensive execution of horizontal and vertical road signage, contributing to improved road safety and proper traffic guidance along the entire route.
